As an attorney, Mr. Day's experience is in litigating a variety of disputes, including without limitation construction, real estate, commercial, contract, domestic and probate matters. Mr. Day is qualified to mediate these and all other types of disputes.

Background

Mr. Day graduated with JD and MBA degrees from Brigham Young University in 1996. Since then, he has practiced in the private sector litigating a broad variety of disputes. In 2010, Mr. Day received basic and domestic mediation training through Utah Dispute Resolution and has since been serving as a mediator on the Utah court roster of mediators for all types of disputes.
