Each year, the Utah Council on Conflict Resolution recognizes an individual for his or her contributions to the advancement of conflict resolution in Utah. We invite you to nominate someone who exemplifies the ideals of our organization.

UCCR Mission Statement

The Utah Council on Conflict Resolution (UCCR) is a statewide umbrella organization for all persons interested in enhancing the network of professionals performing or promoting conflict resolution in the State of Utah. The UCCR is committed to serving the community by strengthening the professionalism and integrity of the practice of conflict resolution in Utah. This will be conducted through education and participating in related public policy making.

UCCR Peacekeeper Award

Recipients of the UCCR Peacekeeper award are those individuals who help UCCR fulfill its mission to its members and the community.

To nominate an individual for this award, please submit the name and reasons why you believe this person is deserving of this recognition. All nominations will be kept confidential.

Members of the 2023 Peacekeeper Selection Committee will review all nominations, poll past Peacekeeper award recipients, and select the 2023 Peacekeeper by consensus.

The recipient of the 2023 Peacekeeper Award will be announced at the annual UCCR Symposium on Friday, May 19, 2023.
