The Intersection of Immigration and Family Law
An Associate Attorney and Mediator at Stowell, Crayk, and Bown, Michael has developed a specialized family-law practice working with Spanish-speaking clients. Michael is one of the few Spanish-Speaking mediators in Utah on the basic and divorce mediation rosters. Due to his firm’s specialization in immigration, Michael has learned the ins and outs of immigration issues in family law from some of the best immigration attorneys in Utah.
As Partner at Stowell, Crayk, and Bown Firm, Adam has been highly successful and is known in Utah for his expertise in “Crimmigration,” the intersection at which Immigration Law and Criminal Defense meet. His work on numerous cases has been innovative and has changed the practice of immigration in Utah and the Tenth Circuit. Adam has been named a Utah Legal Elite Criminal Defense and Immigration Attorney for three years in a row.
An Associate Attorney at Stowell, Crayk, and Bown, Dan has developed a booming immigration practice and specializes in Consular Processing and Special Immigrant Juvenile cases (“SIJ”). Dan regularly appears in Immigration Court and at USCIS and has extensive trial experience in juvenile court as well.
